They have so many great designs but when you get the fabric it is dull and faded looking. Colors aren't as crisp or vibrant. The petal cotton is rough and not soft. I feel I wasted a lot of money. How can they charge so much for such crappy material!?
It took more then a month before my order arrived. But the costumer service was kind and helpfull, al the way!

I wish I would have read the complaints on the Better Business Bureau or Yelp (didn't even know reviews could be left there) so I recommend that you start there - prints with color, especially if those colors are dark (black, navy), are a total fail. Same issue with bright/vibrant (turquoise, fuschia) colors. I don't know what the issue is with their printer & ink but clearly it's a known issue - the response from the company when I complained made it seem like the issue was with me & my expectations given the online images. A little variance is one thing, but a total downgrade in print quality to where the image looks faded and dusty is a total bust. The Petal Signature Cotton fabric itself is somewhat tough but I'm quilting & don't mind stiffer fabric; I washed it when I received it & the color didn't run, so there's a plus, & fabric softened just a bit. But if I were making clothing this fabric would not be suitable. It's such a shame because the independent artistry is so amazing, which is why I didn't leave this review on any artist's Spoonflower page. But for ordering fabric, especially if you need dark colors to be rich & bright colors to be vibrant, I don't recommend at all.

I am so thrilled with all of the fabrics I ordered. I love ordering from Spoonflower and supporting independent artists and being able to pick exactly what I want - more unique designs that really reflect who I am.
Without Spoonflower I wouldn’t have a business. I live in Australia and these wonderful people have supported me in so many ways and have made everything so easy. They have so many amazing fabrics, they have a fantastic , easy programme where you can design your own fabrics which is so important for people like me who are not computer savvy, and they print, post your order in super fast time. I think possibly the best thing is the personal service and how you are treated like you are the most important customer that they have.I cannot fault this company.
Got good advice on my problem. For the future, it might be a good thing to write a short article on how folks can see what their image would look like. If the client is using an image they created without your color references, it is sometimes difficult to see how the image will print.
Love shopping with spoonflower so many designs to choose from and the material is amazing love it
The fabric is very nice. I did not understand how the fabric was measured or cut. But the representative was very understanding and helpful.
